I'm going to buy a 5D2 for my daughter and take advantage of the Canon rebate plus the rebate on the Pixma Pro 9000 mark II which, when buying from B&H, actually ends up paying you a $1 to buy the printer when you buy it with a 5D2.

Surprisingly, I had planned to buy at Adorama, but they have inched their prices back up over the last couple of days to where they aren't even as competitive as Best Buy, much less B&H. We may not even keep the printer, but with that deal, it's cheaper than buying a used 5D2 in good condition. We'll probably end up selling the printer & use it to offset the camera cost.

CoolStoryBro.

In all seriousness, the going rate on those things is $200ish shipped.

right. we would probably sell it for $150 to $175 if we decide not to keep it. It'll be a win for everybody involved. They'll get a better price on a brand new printer, with full warranty and no rebate hassles & we'll reduce the cost of the 5D2 by the selling price of the printer.
