I learn from Michael, (Michaelthementor). Purchased his dvds, its very instructional. I learned photography from his hard work. Of course, it does not cover everything you need to know but for a self-taught photography like myself, it's almost like going to photography school.

I learnt all of my stuff from the DVDs and videos i mentioned, and if you forget something you can always go back and watch again, you can't do that in Photography school :-) and the DVDs are cheaper ;-)a
At the moment i am watching my Blue crane digital 60D DVD again http://www.amazon.com …TF8&qid=1322860001&sr=8-1 (external link)
The guy does talk fast when you watch it for the first time but now its just a recap..

I love the Michaelthementor too, hes so funny...

I found PhotoshopCafe - Perfect exposure for digital photography to be very good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to understand exposure and metering better.

I tried some of those DVD's from various sources, but I'll be honest .... around here it was too easy to be distracted. I signed up at a local community college for some classes and came away from that with more knowledge.

Did this not so much for the 'photography' aspect as I have been shooting for several decades now and I figure I am set in my style.

For me the classes were more for the software end of things.
