Do you guys remember the price at launch?

Just trying to get a general ballpark figure for much to set aside for the 5D3 for next year. :cool:

$2699. the few days they were so hard to get that copies were going for $5000 on ebay.

Hard to say how much the 5DII replacement will cost, but judging from the price increases in the new lenses, you might be a tad short. I am thinking around $3500.

You're assuming there will be a 5D3 next year, which if you read the latest rumors doesn't seem to be exactly a sure thing. My money is waiting, Canon. If you build I will buy it. And the 1DX ain't it.
