Chrome is really becoming my most used browser.
Before it was Firefox but it was getting slower by each update.

But the lack of color management drives me nuts.

I have searched everywhere for a solution and read a lot here in the stickies.
So now my eyes are sore.

On Win PC's you can add --enable-monitor-profile in the shortcut after the Chrome.exe in the target window. Not sure if this still works on a PC?

Anyone know about a solution?

Beta 16 and 17 both contain color management. But Firefox is once again one step ahead, as it also supports ICC v4 profiles.

as it also supports ICC v4 profiles.

Since when?
FF3 supported them, FF3.5+ not.

Did they finally fix that?

It's explained in the link I posted ;)

Meanwhile, our suggestion is to use Firefox. Since version 8, it supports both v2 and v4 ICC profiles and has the necessary controls over untagged images and page elements. This is the only browser that is usable in wide gamut displays. Read our guide on how to properly configure Firefox color management.
