out with my new housing today and saw this one form:) Stupid water smudge:( does anyone know how to get rid of them?

I feel your frustration, water spots have ruined some of my best shots.:(
As for a remedy "to get rid of them" - I can't say anything is 100%. However, I always get back to the basics - spitting on the lens port about a half hour before swimming out. Also, always dunk your housing right before shooting (especially when shooting fisheye). I know some fellow shooters who use specialty products but I've been told most products do damage to the port over time.
