Try and get it as high as you can while keeping the whole car in focus (if that's what you're going for) so that everything stays sharp, while still slow enough to show the motion. Also the white balance seems a bit off. I like how the warmth comes through, with the sunshine it's definitely the right look for this shot (for me anyways). Make sure your autofocus is in servo mode.

Always do right, this will gratify some people and astonish the rest.
