I like the first image, however I would tone down the reds or contrast a bit. Makes her skin look like leather.

Second image, I'm not to fond of the B&W conversion, to much details are lost.

not digging the perspective in 1st image and it looks a little heavy handed around the top of the head while cleaning up the background. pretty model though
