Haven't posted on here for quite awhile, mostly b/c I'm intimidated by all the great talent! (LOL) Just a couple of pix to share from an engagement shoot I did Sunday. My second e-shoot. I know the whites (his shirt) are blown but I still am happy with the shots and so are they! Comments and feedback appreciated. Still learning. Thanks :)

If these were taken in RAW, try using the recovery slider to brand back details in the whites. (First image the white hurts my eyes)
Nice images, however they seem a little flat to me.... this could also be my horrible laptop monitor, so don't take my comment to seriously.

+1 i'm on a good monitor and the whites are a bit intense. Really enjoy them otherwise

There both good, The second is better than the first with the highlights. Take the pictures back to RAW and reduce the brightness of it best you can.

Thank you all. I agree about the whites, still learning. I will try and repost after I figure out how to do what you all suggest :)
