Very nice work. High ISO no doubt. Love the bokay as well. Most of my bird shots are backlit and with usually only the sky for background. TFS!

Thanks AJ....yes ISO 1250 and 1/120sec which isn't great at 700mm with a monopod :) It was just nice to see an owl on the perfect perch, in the perfect location...but no light.

Nice captures ,looks like a first year Barred , looks like it still has its baby feathers around the face.......AWESOME

Thank you Andrew & I agree. It was a pretty large Barred as well so I'm assuming it was a female.
