Mods if this is in the wrong place please move,

I wanted to find out if there was any difference in the software versions from the American CS5 to the Australian version.

The price is one difference but is that it?
I can't see (along with many other Aussies) how adobe can be sooo expensive here, so I'm now searching for an alternative.
I may buy through Adorama but wanted to know if any problems will accure.

Any help would be great.

S.

I think you might run into a snag with Adorama if their policy is the same as Amazon's who will not ship software internationally. It has to do with the local Adobe representative having exclusive rights to sales of the product. I, fortunately, have a sister in the U.S. and I have the discs sent to her and she forwards them on to me.

Tz,
Thanks for the info, I don't think I will try my luck with that method then.

What you must do is ship to a mate in the US and get him/her to send you the activation code or serial number and then all you need to do is to download the trial version.

All perfectly legal.
