This seems like a good price. Used ones go for more is B&S. Recently bought one for $2,069 and see them on sale for $1939 new.

Cameta factory demo refurb $1,730 shipped, includes warranty (external link)

Maybe since Adorama has it for $1799 new (-4% MR Rebates, -3% at Cameta). I'm trying to decide between this and the Zeiss 21mm. I read that the Zeiss has better contrast and colors. When is the Zeiss going to go on sale?

Oh my, but the control of the TS-E24II is, well, amazing to have.

This... is the sharpest lens on the market... Period. Visit the Lens samples forum... the images will blow any other samples away.

Adorama is $1,969 new and $1,839 refurb. That's where my 24ts-e ii came from. I looked hard at the Zeiss, which is a great lens, but landed on this one for its corner sharpness and controls, which are hard to replicated in post.

$1799 at Adorama if you go through canonpricewatch or cannon rumors. I would post the url but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a referral link so you can go to either of the two sites. I couldn't find that price by browsing the web site. Cameta's refurb is still $100 less but I think I'd rather pay the extra $100.

Good info. I never frequent those sites. Some nice deals. $1799 is a great price for the 24tse. I paid $250+ more a few months back. BTW- The Cameta refurb in original post is gone. Sold for $1699.
