We use alot of the Black Magic cards. Although they are a solution, be warned that it is very finicky to get them to capture and record Xbox footage. I personally use the Intensity Pro to record and stream my Xbox footage--again...extremely finicky. Oh I agree - I have a broadcast computer I build here with a Decklink quad and studio and it will take me 30 minutes just to get it to recognize all the cams every restart in VidBlaster haha... then again, its a bit more high tech than the Intensities. I would still recommend it though.
