i like the picture but you can tell that the grey is on her as well, i really like the iade and the transition on the bround is good, but what do you think of making the transition tot he right a little more and keeping her completely in color and the guy completely grey and the tansistion between? great work though

I used 'vertical colour' and left it at that
I wanted the beer on the left highlighted anyway
(those still having a good time)

Perhaps a better title would be...

"Such a pretty girl, such a loser beside".

She really is so pretty that you feel she doesn't deserve a passed out boyfriend, especially in public.

Nice shot. We can speculate for days about the story behind it.

And nice job with the Photoshop, it really draws attention to the scene.
