Nice shots Scott!

I was shooting the sky at night at my parents' house in northern MN once. It was pitch black - I was going for Milky Way shots. I set the tripod up, activated the shutter, stepped back and a dog (hopefully) had wandered up behind me without noticing me. As I stepped back I startled the dog, which went nuts barking and growling at me. I nearly crapped myself. I had to feel around for my tripod, grab it and run!

This was taken 2 hours after sunset at 6:30 pm with a full moon. This shot is a 2 photo panorama. One for the building and ground and second for more sky.

Exif:
Exposure: 30
Aperture: f/4.5
Focal Length: 22 mm
ISO Speed: 400
