More great looking shots. Well done everyone.
I went out last night and did a little wandering around. Here are a couple that I came home with.

I just noticed the blue lights on the plane on my way to work this morning. Did they just light them up?

Nice shots Dale!

Everyone be careful down by the River. I've been watching the news lately and people have been getting shot at down there. Craziness.

Thanks Mike. The only people that we saw when there were joggers. They have a tendency to freak you out if you do not see them coming.
Here is a view looking upstream at the Hannibal railroad bridge and the Broadway bridge.

Were the shootings down by the Riverfront, or Kaw Point?

I'm always careful, but more so at Kaw Point. I don't like going by myself there, but I often go to the Riverfront alone. I did have a weird guy that kept riding his bike around me one night. I didn't stay long that night.

This is from the riverfront park. It is amazing to me that so many people run down that path at night. It is a nice path to run on but sure seems risky. I always go with another photographer so we can try to watch each others back.

Dedson,

Love the shot of the Hannibal bridge. Have taking a few pictures during the day near there and not felt real safe by myself, can't imagine what it must be like at night even with a friend

Just a little further North of Kaw Point. It was more in the KCK area. They had one guy on the news stating he was being shot at and the police said that there had been others stating the same thing. Ever since I heard that news I haven't been down to Kaw point or anywhere by the river.

I had a friend who used to live in one of the lofts down there. When she first moved down there I mentioned it to her and she said at that time it was safe for me to go down by myself at night. About a year ago she said it no longer was.
