You know - I tried to buy PSE10 from Amazon but it won't sell it outside of the USA. It is on the web site for $45. I can't buy it in Australia for under $148.
Fortunately, a friend in the States became aware of my predicament, bought it for me and sent it 'down-under'. Obviously I paid my friend for the purchase and insured air mail. Total cost? $US54.60.
More than one way of skinning a cat, eh?

There's a town near the Canadian border called Blaine, WA. Mail drop-off business is growing there. For a couple of bucks you can get your package mailed to them. Once your package arrives, they notify you and all you had to do is pick it up.

Good deal, but a long way from Oz to Washington. While i feel us Canuck's get burnt badly, Australian's really get bent over a barrel. :(

Luckily, for us Canadians, B&H is realizing the revenue that can be had from us, and giving u shipping deals and full service. Too many US sites won't ship to Canada even!! Lazy arses! /rant

As I said 1Tanker, there's more than one way to skin a cat.
And with the Aussie dollar being what it is compared to the US dollar - I'm laughing. We've gone beyond parity (yet again) with $AU1 buying $US1:03.
Laughing even more.

It doesn't matter. We're off topic and the sale is over:)
