I just received my brand new s95 and there's a bright White dot in my low light images what should I do ? Just live with it or send it back?

imjason Goldmember 1,667 posts Likes: 3 Joined Nov 2010 Location: Bay Area, CA More info | Dec 22, 2011 23:42 | #4 depending on where you bought it, sending it back might only result in a refund and not a replacement since the s95 is being phased out. you can send it to canon. they will not fix the white dot, but instead they will map it out so you wont see it when you take a photo. if you shoot in RAW and use any of the adobe products, the stuck pixel will be cleaned out. if you plan to keep it, you can always edit your photos to remove it.
