Adorama has it for the same price but they include a bag, their software package, and you get 4% Cashback with MrRebates.

Yes, but there are states that have to pay tax when buying from Adorama and don't pay tax at BH ;)

With Adorama you pay tax in NY and NJ.
With BH you pay only in NY.

Props to B&H!!!

I purchased my 5D on the 29th of November for $2229. I saw this post late last night and wondered if there was any way they price matched.

I talked to Charlie in CS this morning and they refunded me $230!!

Is that a Canon USA model? Just wondering.

I used a 5DII for a wedding before I purchased one. I had no problems at all with focusing and producing wonderful images. I don't see what the issue is. Now I am upgrading from the 40D so it's pretty similar AF wise.

Then don't worry about the AF. If it works for what you do and need, then its the right tool for the job. The 5D's outer AF points don't provide consistency for the work I do.

I'm not saying it's not capable, but I do wish they at least adapted it for the full frame image area. Look on the 40D or any camera with similar AF and you'll see some of the AF points are pretty close to the edge. On the 5D2 the AF points are all grouped in the middle.
