Brunette to Blonde??

Folks, I have a young model who wants to do a shoot where she is a blonde, redhead, and brunette all without using wigs. I can get her hair to a good looking dark red but all of the attempst I have made to change her very black hair to blond looks bad. Most show a lot of noise and poor saturation. I have searched the web and found some techniques that get close but are not acceptable.

Anyone here have a sure fire workflow to get me to where I need to be?
