After playing with the software for a couple of hours I am impressed. The changes to the facial features are subtle but the net effect is a much better result. FYI: I bought the studio version so I could work with Raw files.

I e-mailed them when I bought mine about 3-4 weeks ago and they confirmed it in writing.

I bought this program in December and installed it on the PC I am using now. Since then I had to enter the installation key one other time and now it simply will not run without paying for a new key. It asks for the key, I supply it and it says it's already activated. When I contacted the company they said I had installed the program on two computers and I would have to uninstall on one then recontact them. I have NOT installed it on two computers; just this ONE computer. Now they do not respond. It is a nice program with useful features, but USELESS to me and a WA$TE of money for anyone thinking of purchasing because their intent seems to be to make you pay for more than one copy. Perhaps I could just tell them I uninstalled it from one computer, but that would be a lie. The truth is that it has only been installed on one computer and it will not run on this one computer. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS I contacted support and told them that I was re-installing my machine and they resent the code without complaint. Support process was through email and was easy and straight forward. *shrug*
