Disneyland Trip Camera Body Question

We're going to do a last minute Disneyland trip on Thursday and wanted to get some feedback on which body to bring. I have a 1D MKII which I've used faithfully for a year and kept my 20D as a backup (it's been in the bag since I acquired the 1D). My lens choice is simple and will rely on my hefty 28-80mm 2.8-4.0 and the 550ex flash.

So my dilemma is should I rely on my 20D (un-gripped so it's pretty light) or just suck it up and bring the faithful 1D (it's heavier but feel really comfortable using it)?

Either one should be fine, but you may catch a little gruff bringing the 1D through as it's a pro body. I caught some greif in Oct. at WDW with the grip on my 5D, and I remember in another thread someone with a 1D and 70-200 being asked to take his camera back to his car. Of course, I've only been given a hard at the gate once and believe you'll most likely be ok with it.

I went to WDW in October and took my 60D with a 17-55 and 70-200 2.8 is II. No issues with the gate. Either camera will do ya fine. Not much fast moving things there unless you are gonna shoot the actual rides… or the Animal Kingdom Safari ride. 28mm on 20D might me a little too long, but the 1D is also a crop, but not as much…. Either way, you can't really go wrong.
