I run a Dell ST2410 on the analog port of my video card and a Dell 2007 WFP on the digital port (no particular reason for which is connected to which), but I've been wondering whether digital input is inherently more, for lack of a better term, color-sensitive than analog. I haven't switched to see, just wondered. I'm getting a little old to be crawling needlessly under the desk looking into the rat's nest of wires.:)

If this topic is an old one, I'd appreciate direction to the discussion strand.

Thanks.

The simple answer is, no.

Analog is just as capable as digital at colour reproduction in your situation and you won't notice any difference.
