Got my 135L and 580EXII last night. Of Amazon, B&H and Adorama, Adorama HANDS DOWN does the best packaging job. I'll likely be using them from here out for lens purchases. Though my credit card (and my wife) is telling me there won't be another purchase for a LONG time!

Click the original link and add to card, it'll be $924. If you go to Mr Rebates, you can take another 3% off for $896 total. Pretty good. Prices will shoot up after 2/4/12.

I have been away from the photography stuff for about only a month or so and it seems more like a decade...

Can someone tell me what's happening on 2/4/12? Was there an announcement from Canon that I missed?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found out that the rebates are expiring that day.
