Somewhat rare to see a non-drifting 240sx, but I managed to find and shoot one for this month's issue of Modified. It's actually all motor, which I thought was somewhat ironic being that the owner of it works for Garrett turbos, but as you can read in the article, he used to have a turbo setup built by AMS and got tired of blowing off gaskets.

We shot the car just outside of Cleveland at Nelson Ledges Race Track during a Lemon's 25 hour race. Our only time on track that was allowed was during the 1 hour safety meeting, so the rig shots were a bit rushed.

At the time, a lot of my Alien Bees were off being repaired and the Speedlights that I brought in their place were acting up all day, so I had to do the shoot with nothing but ambient light. The pictures were turning out awful all day, but luckily we caught the last 10 minutes of sunset and I was able to get a couple decent ones.

Sorry that you had equipment problems, but these are excellent!

I don't see any value to the image by including the trailer in #2?
Love the gif in #5! Got any night shots?

Did you replace the front nose with a shot from another frame?

Yep. There are about 4 or 5 different shots merged into this image. The wheels and shadows was from one exposure, the front nose was another, the base image which makes up the majority of the photo, and lastly the red and white curbing.
