LOL, you would love to live where I do. My neighbor has 4 (not 1, not 2, not 3, BUT 4) Ford Mustang GTs... they also enjoy reving when leaving and entering their driveway... it is extremely irritating early in the morning or evening.

At least those cars have real engines and real horsepower. Not like some little sewing machine with a coffee can strapped on it.

They have power, but they also have weight, and a completely junk suspension system. Even the Mustang GT500 has something closer to 450HP to the wheels. The Mustang is my least favorite of the new American muscle/sports cars.

Never heard that description before...

I used to have an AMC Hornet. Absolutely no guts at all. I couldn't peel out on loose gravel.

Before each trip, I had to wind up the motor spring with a giant key.

On the other hand, I got it at about 85,000 miles, sold it to a friend at 175,000 miles, and he sold it at about 250,000 miles, and it never once required an overhaul. It just kept going, and going, and going.

Her (its) name was "Wutless," as in the "Wutless Gunder."

Nice name  Sometimes the value is found in the reliability rather than the fun factor.

That's like Hostess saying their products are "wholesome" (which they do).

It's true for a certain definition of the word "wholesome," that definition being "doesn't cause death within 24 hours."

hmm... twinkies sound good right now... :D

My buddy had the hornet with the 304 in it. That thing hauled and could lay patches until you would let go of the accelerator.

Very good, guys! Now, the real question is, do your checkbooks balance?

And to my strong suit, English! Can you punctuate the following so it makes sense?

John while Jack had had had had had had had had had had had the better effect

What's the answer to this puzzle Roger?
