Good sale price on the router. :D

I guess it's been hovering around $70-80 for awhile now, I almost bought one at $70 last week, but then I saw this and had to jump on it. I thought about getting one of their newer routers... but didn't feel like spending $200 on it. :p

You have to reformat and install everything.

ok Thanks Nick... I just found out my current drive on the laptop is a 300GB 5400rpm one so I think an SSD would give me very noticeable increase in speed :D

the laptop is an i3 with 6GB ram already... so I think the SSD could make it competent enough as an editing laptop :D

Yeah, with that SSD it will be a decent editor.

the thing though is that I don't have a USB 3 here on this laptop to connect my external drive  but anyway it would still be much better than the 5400rpm :D Thanks

You're going to gain more from running the SSD as your main drive anyway.

Nice. :D

Your GTX 580 shouldn't be too hard to sell either.

Did you just sell the CPU or the motherboard? The motherboard may be the more difficult to thing to clear out without the CPU but the rest should be pretty easy.

5Dc? :p

Nope. I figured that I know myself too well. Being a techie at heart I love to be at the front end and usually am an early adapter. So 5dmkiii or d800 is my next step :)

Me too... I'd love a FF and a 5Dc would be a good body, I'm sure.

But even taking a step back from my 7D to a 5D II bugs me.

nope just the CPU :(

yeah I figure I will lose a big chunk on the motherboard coz there are a lot of boards that are below $200 and people seems to prefer those :(

I bought mine for $350 I think...

as for the Evga GTX-580 SC, a lot have been asking but nobody has yet committed to buying it  I am selling it for about $480... :D

What board do you have again?

I don't know what prices are like there, but you can get a new GTX 580 superclocked for $480.
