Just curious to see what people have bought from fellow users of this forum. So far, I have bought a 1Dc and a 70-200mm f4L.

So tell me guys: What have you purchased off of this forum?

70-200mm f/2.8 IS, and two 1.4x TC's (only one of which arrived)

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Nice! Was the other one lost during shipment?

Very nice. I've always liked the idea of buying and selling on a non-corporate level. Although, I must say, purchases with B&H have been pleasant.

I was really excited to even find the drop-in filter here. They can be like Hen's Teeth sometimes.

Discontinued and rare items are what make this forum so great. I've had two very smooth transactions through here with great sellers and fantastic products. I might not buy new ever again. ;)

Two of the best purchases I ever made....good prices, great lenses and wonderful people to do business with. I'd do another deal with either party in a heartbeat.

Member response alone really does vouch for how useful the marketplace section is. The deals are truly amazing.

I would be furious. I guess there really isn't anything you can do about it though.
