I had to get FoCal Pro to get the Beta to use with the 5D3.... and it is not fully functional as of yet. The software won't be able to change the MA values in the camera, but prompts you to do so at a specified value. So the software can control the camera as far as taking the photos, and analyzing them, but you set the values as it goes through it's test. Works pretty well too!

I have the same "The test cannot execute as only the centre focus point must be selected" problem on a 7D, any ideas?

I had this on 5D3. Hopefully you've found the answer already, but for future Googlers: this is fixed by setting the live view focus mode to AF Quick.

Looks interesting! Can this be done in ' bad' lighting (so indoors) and how do you use it with greater focal lenghts (300mm+)? Do you need a shooting range then? ;)

I bought it a few days ago. Used it on a 7D and various lenses, program was quick, efficient and easy to use. As for actually seeing visible results, have'nt had a chance to test the changes that FoCal made.

This solution is also applicable when running the new multi AF point test. Otherwise none of the AF points are displayed, none can be picked and the test cannot commence. At least that was true for both my 7D and 5D2 when running beta 117.
