American Tree Sparrow

It was a morning for tree sparrows.
Although I spotted many, I was unable to produce many clean images of the birds.
Much of the time they spent hopping within the thicket.

If I had my choice, I would opt for a less cluttered background.
I sometimes think that a bit of environment tells part of the story and shows a bit of the habitat that the bird resides in.
I enjoy sharing and am always learning something new about my photography, the way I view it as well as how others view it.

I think that's a very, very nice capture Shawn, and as you know sometimes we can only get 1!
The colors of the Sparrow and the background are very complimentary of each other.

A nice shot of the Sparrow, different to the ones I see, the only Sparrows we have here in Australia are the introduced species of house sparrow.
