I did these over the course of about 5 days, with Lily ranging between 15-20 days old. We had a lot of fun. This was my first few times shooting a newborn. The last session from earlier today, she decided to pee all over the blanket right after I took her diaper off and got her posed lol. It's good I always put down a medical grade chux pad under the blanket. C&C welcome!

Edited to add: I'm not sure why it's so huge after downsizing it in photobucket. Sorry about that.

the one you posted here (IMHO) is the best of the bunch, and it's a touch underexposed to me. the perspective on some of the other shots look off, and make her look distorted.

she's beautiful though! Happy Holidays to you and yours!

What post production was done on your pics as far as white balance, exposure, color adjustments, and sharpening?

Not more than the usual pp. Curves adjustment to bump up contrast; exposure adjustment (brighten); just a little retouching of her skin.

Thanks for your input, folks!

Edited to add:
Mom2anh- distorted how? Im not sure what exactly you mean. Let me know so I can do better next time.
