Opened this up after putting it off for a while. Minor adjustments and a crop.
Trying for that hazy sunflare light sort of look that's quite hard to nail.
I can see the use of an external flash being handy.

Yeah your pic is way too underexposed for the sunflare look..

supernova74 is right, the photo is too underexposed. But anyway you can do some photoshop and try to achieve the look you are looking for.

I did a test for you:
deleted

BlueCadet3 does not have his "Image Editing Ok" tagg turned on. It's not a good idea to edit someone's work without permission.
