I have a camera bag, as of now what I am doing after using my camera, remove the lens put on the camera cap and lens cap then keep it on my bag.

My question: Is it o.k. to keep my cam while lens wasn't remove? Because it takes time assembling every time i want to use it :D

No problem. I bet 99% of DSLR users store their camera with lens mounted. I do.

A lens makes a perfectly good body cap so you can leave it assembled unless it doesn't fit well inside your camera bag when it is together.

Basically the only time a lens comes off my camera is when I'm changing lenses. It's always stored with a lens attached.

I used to be able to do that with my 450D, but my 50D seems to get through batteries rather quicker even when it's 'asleep'...
OP, there's no reason to unmount the lens to store the camera unless it doesn't fit in your bag any other way. You'll save wear on the lens mount too by not removing it so often.
