GPS Location devices.

So... anytime I'm out and about I'm always looking for neat places to take photos...

So I know the rest of you guys are doing the same... how do you keep track of neat locations? I've been looking to find some sort of small'ish device I can put on my keychain to just like hit a button and it records the GPS coordinates and I can import that into my computer / google maps later.

Do any of you know of any such devices? Or how do you do it? I've considered my phone but often times it's awkward and takes a bit to find the location / annoying.

How do you guys do it?

I use my iPhone. Ive tried a few apps, there even one specifically for location scouting, works pretty well.

Most of the time I use the built in GPS in my iPhone 4s and take a screen shot (which also records time and date) of the Apple Compass app that also give coordinates. If not that then I have a Garmin 60csx handheld GPS unit.

IPhone 4s here too works well.

Just a thought... If you have a BlackBerry, there is a free app called GPs logger II. That might besomething to look at, but I have no idea how good/badly it works.

But I do know that you can run BlackBerry maps for quite a while on battery. Plus you can always carry a spare - oh, and this is typed on my BlackBerry too.
