for a beginner you really need to stop thinking the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence...how long have you been in photography?...and how many bodies have you bought and sold?

Im a beginner
I bought at first the 60D
Then i have sold it
Then i bought the 5D2
Then i bought the 550D
Then i bought the 600D
I have sold the three all
And return back to my lovely cam the 60D
I didnt buy the 7D because its remind me like the 5D2 LoL

moltengold wrote in post #13580971 (external link)
Here in our countries no renting
You must buy
The 5D2 is a great camera but not for me as a beginner and this camera the same like a shark allwayes want to eat a big lenses and i felt that im loosing my money fast
And the 550 D , 600D small in my hand
So that why i return to my first camera the 60D

good luck with the new camera...do yourself a favor, and force yourself to keep it for at least a couple months...i've got my money on you switching again, but hopefully i'm wrong :)

anyways, congrats....again :)

wow i wish i had money like you to just toss around. i went from a canon 60D for about four months and then in october i traded it for a 5D then i just sold it last week to buy a 5D mark II in two weeks. After i pick that up, the only other body/camera i'm on the lookout for is a Fuji X100 and then i'm done. My gf would kill me if i keep going overboard lol.

Sounds like you do have money to throw around! I bought a $400 body like 4 years ago then a year ago I finally saved up enough money to go with the 7D. I don't think I could get a body and keep it for less than a year!
