i know the YN460 is in that price range but i was wondering if there are any other flashes in that price range

if you have a YN460 what is ur impression of it?
if you have an other what is it and what is ur impression of it?

Bodies: Sony A6000, T3i and Xti(needs repairs, but use in manual)
Lenes: Sony 16-50(kit), Canon 50 F1.8, Sigma 24-70 F2.8-4, Canon 70-210 F4, Canon 55-250 IS, Canon 75-300, and Canon 18-55(auto focus is broken so I use it on the Xti)
Flash: 430ex

the yongnuo yn460 is a good manual flash, I've been using one for three years. But if she has no other flashes get one with ETTL like the yongnuo YN465 or YN467, etc. they start at around $65

At that price point the YN is one of your only options. You may find others used but the YN is likely to be in better working order than anything else out there that someone is letting go for $50.

I have 2 YN460 units, using them with umbrellas , it has been 4 months and everything is OK so far.
However, I still use 430EX II for outdoor shots, ETTL really helps.

500MM F4 IS, 16-35 F4 IS, 100 F2.8 L,70-200F2.8L IS II, 400 L F5.6 (SOLD and immediately regretted), 17-55 F2.8, 55-250 F4-5.6, 430 EX II, YN 460, Pixel Kings, umbrellas, stands, etc.

There's no way you can find a flash with ETTL around $65, maybe a used one if you're really really lucky.

Got 4 YN460ii's, first one is going on about 2ys old now and all still work fine. The 560 will give you a more robust body, zoom head, and audible recycle beep for a little more, but as a first, manual only flash, I never hesitate to recommend the YN460ii (the YN460 does not have a metal foot).
