No, not really it was 2 1/2 hours from us but now I wish we had :( We heard lots of good things about that place and concierge service was parazing it. I wish we stayed longer, 8days is not enough.

Next time you are out there, check out Xel-ha and also the Cenotes. There are pretty much all along the side of the main route that goes up and down the peninsula.
