I doubt I will get pics as sharp with the 70-200 though just because I would have to be so close that he would fly away. I would need to crop at 100% and that would clearly degrade the sharpness. How far away were you from him? 7D / 70-200 F4L IS / 400 5.6L / 50mm 1.8 / 18-55 Kit / CS5 plus other software.
