I have to agree... great shot Mirco...

I got my strap.... it's so cool and convenient. Can't wait to go walk in the park with it.

I just ordered Joey 3(the pocket).

Let me know what you think when the Joey comes in, was considering one.

Revisited the same spot this evening from my earlier posts (makes it sound like such an adventure, it's like 12 feet from my back door), caught this one from a lower angle and just before the sun set:

I just got my BRS Strap and wow what a huge difference and convenience. i like how you can pick it up so fast like pulling a gun. It also has lock you can engage when not in use so it won't hang in front of you if you happen to bend forward.

i just ordered Black Rapid J2(the medium size pocket). I think the Joey 3 is way too big.

I keep my tripod plate in my camera all the time so i just hook it up there in the plate. I also keep the BR connector there in case i wanna take the plate off.

Yup Marc, very great shot. I like your edit, it's really different from my PP. I gave it a quick minute in LR, to make it look like my usual PP, let me know what you think!

thanks guys -

i used to edit like yours too david - but recently i am starting to get into some editorial shots so i tend to edit with some more lens flare - desaturation and 'dreamy softness'

but when i start shooting glamour and beauty i will switch back to the contrasty punchier editting styles

Yeah, I like that editorial look. But whenever I try editing that way, I always add blacks before exporting. Than a bit more contrast. Than some saturation. Light vignette. S-Curve. Damn. Back onto my usual style :(

i actually had that probably too hahaha

i add the offset then i switch over to lightroom to finish my workflow and im always like hmmm maybe a bit more blacks and some more contrast

then the look is gone - its probably because just like things to pop too much - it's a gradual transition for me - i think the desaturated look just appeals to more agencies and models and thats where i want to go somewhere in the future so im trying to make the change!

Well, it's working well I guess. ''Normal people'' aren't all for that look, but models and agencies love that. Maybe a bit more expression on her face, she looks a bit clueless/lost (don't take it wrong, my ''models'' are even worse than yours :p ) but PP is there.

How do you like the 85L on your 60D?
