Well, it's working well I guess. ''Normal people'' aren't all for that look, but models and agencies love that. Maybe a bit more expression on her face, she looks a bit clueless/lost (don't take it wrong, my ''models'' are even worse than yours
) but PP is there. How do you like the 85L on your 60D?
i actually prefer the 85L on a crop sensor - im more for the dreamy bokeh than the shallow dof at 1.2 it gives and on a crop it gives me the creamy bokeh with a lot more dof so its a little easier to get the model in focus
but its still really challenging to get in focus shots and it is a bit tight for me right now - but im sure i'll get use to framing a bit tighter and stepping backwards
oh yea i dont blame the model it was cold that day and it rained just as hair and makeup finished so we are all pretty tired from driving to another location to shoot which bummed me out a lot since i did plan the location just bet that the weather would turn out and lost that bet =S im glad we got some useable images!
i'm just here reading and learning on your post guyz.... thanks for sharing.
no problem vin! i am in the process of learning as well! and im sure you know how my lighting setup is for this shot haha i'll give you a guess!
