A Example of making art when you just cant quite get that shot down perfect.
Just wish I remembered how I did this.:)

Surrealism in Photography

People will say, "Is this digital art or photography?"

You can go for digital art such as using 2/3 images and putting them together and so on just playing around with PS.

Or, you could just snap away with out even touching up the images.

"So get posting your surreal images under here".

I much prefer to create the surreal within the camera, as much as possible, instead of using the computer to do it. This image was made in-camera, with very little post-processing applied.

It was an exposure of 1 and 1/3 of a second, and I moved the camera about as the shutter was open. I used both a rotating, twisting motion as well as a back and forth motion . . . and I moved the camera toward the subject then away from the subject as I was doing the afore-mentioned motions. It took about 50 attempts until I got the look I was going for. The "subject" was a wall with several colorful paintings and drawings hanging on it.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Yeah! But it doesn't have to be humorous. This is about Surrealism. "Let me have a better look at this," the subject says as he changes his lens. Photographic memory. Etc.
