Wow!
It went wierder and wierder as the series went on,
but I was very happy to watch it all over again!
"Who killed Laura Palmer" was always the main query,
but there were always several questions surrounding
Laura's killer, and how Agent Cooper could have solved
the case of Laura's death.
Of those of you who watched the series, what would you have changed
about the series, and why? Why should Mr. David Lynch have altered
the series ending, and why?
Personally, I think the series ended with far more questions raised
than answered, and they ended things with far too many unanswered
issues than were settled.
Also, I think that the movie "Fire Walk With Me" was an unsettling
and horrifically-stupid method to cash-in on the entire Twin Peaks
craze as it stood during the mid-1990's.
I enjoyed the show while it was first-run, as it was quirky, strange,
moody, and completely unusual and different for its time.
I think it could be revived or resurrected in today's audience,
but it simply couldn't survive a decade ago.
How many of you enjoyed the series all those years ago,
and how much would you like to see the show resurrected?
