However, I think perhaps a wayward raindrop ended up on your front element (or filter), which accounts for the blue bloom on the left side. A lens hood is quite useful in settings like this. I once shot on a beach during a Nor'easter and the lens stayed unblemished. Joe

Does the guy in front have a plastic bag over his head? Thanks for the responses. I actually cross processed this shot but changed the hues of the flag.
