Hey guys. This is my first time posting in this section.

Just wanted to share with everyone the my first attempt at filming with a DSLR. I just wanted to practice color grading and using Final Cut Pro X. I have since switched back to Final Cut Pro 7, and now to Premiere Pro. The only thing used was a Canon 7D, 24-70L, and Manfrotto 561BHDV monopod.

Very nice. It has an ethereal quality to it with the fog.

I switched because I had a hard time with the new layout of fcpx. With prior experience in the previous versions of Final Cut and Premiere it was just easier to build a workflow that I was comfortable with. Plus, there are still some plug-ins I typically use that are still yet available for fcpx.
