Well, at least the famous Canon VerticalBanding™ goes well with the corn stalks. ;-)a


Exposure problems aside, composition looks good except for the left side. You should have moved to the right in order to remove the tree and the black blob in the left corner.

That was edited in LR4. I know I was gonna crop that leaf out of the upper left.

While I'm very happy with that one I know it pretty much sucks!

It's a nice shot. Next time, shoot two images, one exposed for the foreground and one for the sky and blend them in photoshop. A tripod will be needed. The other option is to use a ND grad on the sky. But this technique always looks wrong to me, I can always see the grad line...lol
Your composition is fine but there's only so much contrast range that the camera can capture in a single image and there's only so much recovery from the RAW file that can be pulled too.

Is this possible with CS 2? I looked ath the options and there was HDR, and the blend was for panorama. Thanks
