Just wondered what you think of this strap "Designed by women, for women." It seems to be a nice design in theory, but I wondered if it was comfortable. Also, what about storing your camera/strap in your bag. Any issues with the metal parts scratching your camera. I'm thinking of ordering this strap because the stock Canon strap is murder on my neck, especially with the 400 mm lens. It is pretty pricey.

Looking at the website, it just seems to be a rehashed straight strap that doesn't sit right on top of the wearers breast. Should imagine it would be more comfortable for the ladies than the straight strap, but given I own neither the strap nor a pair of breasts I'm not in the best situation to do an actual comparison ;)

Too funny!!! Yes, that's my concern. I do own a pair and I find that regular straps are quite uncomfortable. I should have mentioned in the title that this was a camera strap designed specifically for women. I might have gotten more responses. I'll think on it a little more before deciding. It's a great idea in theory. Just hate to plunk down $60 for a camera strap.

Thanks. Good to know. What gear does have dangling from the tripod thread? Does it feel secure? Did she get the optional tripod piece to secure it to the QR plate? I'd be using a 7D with a 400mm f/5.6. I get a little nervous that itwould come loose and fall. Has she encountered any problems like this?

The tripod issue hasn't really come up - Some bodies seem to have been assigned tripod duty and other are for hand-held so, it's an issue we haven't bothered to address yet. She tends to leave the sling strap screwed into the body even when there's a tripod collar on the lens for quick lens changing but, the longest lens she regularly uses is the 70-200.

The strap doesn't seem to have any inclination to unscrew but, it's certainly a possibility to be aware of. It's certainly easy enough to check every once in awhile.

I have the ballistic version of this strap, guess they came out with a newer design :D. Anyway I've had 5DMkii with grip and 70-200 dangle from it without any problems. I do check it regularly that it doesn't loosen because I'm paranoid like that. It is a really comfortable strap and I can wear it for hours without a problem, the only annoying thing is that the strap length itself loosens sometimes.
