Caught this sparrowhawk waiting on a tree branch for his breakfast.
Its a heavy crop from my T3i and Sigma 400 apo at F5.6.

Happy New Year Chris! Nice captures of the hawk. It really resembles the cousin (Coopers or Sharp-shinned) on this side of the pond. :D

Happy New Year. Nice capture. I've been looking for one I keep seeing near me but same old story: spot the bird/ no camera; Take camera/ bird nowhere to be seen :)
