Can't really see the o-rings in the pics sorry.
I just measured one of my 603s plastic neck, they are 11mm wide, 20mm long and 3mm deep
Thanks for the info! Not even in the second photo? The are sandwiched together in that photo

Jan 07, 2012 09:59 | #18 Soooo I just received my new triggers and I'm happy to report that the Orings work fantastic at holding the transceiver with a 580ex attached. I held it in all directions giving it a rough shake and it didn't move a bit. Gear List | Feed Back | My Site

Jan 28, 2012 15:07 | #19 So I'm bringing this thread up because I'm still hoping that this can help some people out. I still don't have my laptop because I've had to send it back to best buy AGAIN (This makes the third time to get the screen fixed). The photos are hard to see I know but I really believe this is a good fix for the issue and I'd like some one with the ability to post to try for themselves and post something up for me. I've been dealing with bestbuy this whole time trying to get the laptop fix since the keep screwing it up and I don't want this to go away with out people at least trying it. I used an elastic hair band looped over the back of the transmitter's hot shoe and the extension for the pop-up flash on the front of the camera's mirror box. It won't work if the camera doesn't have an extension for a pop-up flash, but your solution will. Besides, I have to put the hair band on every time I mount the transmitter and your O-rings probably stay in place all the time. I like it.
