Curious if anybody had any input with shooting strobes/flashes with snow? Snow I would think would be very reflective and/or provide a greynish if WB is not adjusted. I assume I would just cut the power back on the lighting source or would this dim the subject itself? Would prefer right then to adjust in RAW twice. Any input on the matter? I would be shooting a still and moving snowmobile with model probably around early dusk on.

I think you'd be best off if you shot some tests at around the same time as the later shoot, & work out your power/distance/shutter speed settings.
You probably want to use a strobe WB setting & let the sky/background just go where they will.
