So after reading some posts and other posts about calibrating my screen I still feel im at square one and with a worse off screen.
Recently brought a spyder 3 pro, pluged it in followed the instructions and it left my screen with a horrible green tinge.
The first shot is of an edited pic from a uncalibrated machine.

look into the corners and around the ground/dust areas. they look normal as they should right?
now this pic is from the recently calibrated machine, was taken from my tablet so sorry for the quality.
but once again have a look at the ground/dust areas.

Even Ps screen doesnt look normal gray to me. I know it hard to tell from these images but you can notice it.
One more pic from my camera no editing done just cropped in DPP, to me it has a green tinge which is really noticible in the dark grays/blacks.

This calibration tool is driving me insane can someone help me?
my monitor is a dell 27" ips it has enough ambient light falling into the screen, its not in dirsect sunlight nor do I have a lamp pointed onto it. I have done a test at night with only the monitor on and still it came out looking green.
settings are on sRGB, and the calibrator is in default mode.
I have tried different setting all over the shop and still nothing good comes out.
I have no idea on what to do...........
I'm going to eat some chocolate
