I'll just throw this out here, I know what I don't like but is it worthy?

Worthy of what?

Is that water drops falling in the sunlight in the background?

I like the framing of the sign and I like the contrast against the brick.

I'd have maybe tried to (don't know if it's even possible) frame the cat only, against the brick wall, leaving the sign out altogether.

Anyways, not sure what you're after, but it's an interesting shot.

This is possible, and I thought of it, but kind of like the way the sign plays against the building as you stated. I like this shot, but have my own misgivings about some of it, which is why I asked if it's worthy of taking on some extra time with it...

Other than being a unique sign hanger....can't say that I see much more than a casual snap. Zoom in on the cat and find an angle where the bricks are the background....the wood and windows just clutter it up.

I think you would have a great shot if it were possible to frame the sign, cat included, on a clean background - such as the bricks alone. The side of the building the sign is mounted to, as well as the window is distracting to me.
